菌の基本情報

1．性状と特徴

・グラム陰性の自己増殖可能な最小微生物である．

・ゲノムサイズが小さく，そのGC含量も40％と少ないことが特徴である．

・125nmから数μmの多形性である．

・細胞壁を欠き，脂質に富む3層からなる限界膜をもっている．

・発育にコレステロールや血清蛋白を必要とする．
