●結核はまず疑うことから（微生物検査室から結核を疑う）．

●結核菌はGram染色で抜けて“見える”．

●耐性グラム陰性菌はまず疑うことから．

●検査結果と臨床経過に不一致があれば，自動検査機器の“嘘”を見抜く．

●検査の“S（感受性）”は必ずしも臨床の“S”ではない．
