小児病院における細菌検査室と感染症科の連携

●小児においても耐性菌による感染症が問題となってきている．薬剤感受性結果の理解は細菌検査室との情報共有で，より洗練されたものになり，また耐性菌検出情報をいち早く共有することで，より適切な治療や感染管理が可能となる．

●血流感染症などの重症感染症のマネジメントにおいて，可能な限り早く起炎菌を想定するためには，細菌検査室との連携が大切である．Gram染色から得られる詳細な情報や，培養結果の途中経過も含め情報を共有することで，より迅速に適切な治療へ変更することが可能となる．

●感染症診療において，細菌検査室との連携は欠かせない．
