●急性冠症候群（ACS）は不安定狭心症から急性心筋梗塞，さらには心臓突然死をひとまとめにする病態であり，不安定粥種の破綻と血栓形成を共通の基盤として発症する．

●すでに確立された診断と治療があり，迅速かつ最適な対応が必要となる病態である．

●治療指針のガイドラインの正確な解釈が大切である．
