文献概要

●治療の目標は早期に冠動脈血流を確保することである．

●基本となる薬物治療に加えて，冠血流確保の手段として経皮的冠動脈インターベンション（PCI），冠動脈バイパス術（CABG），時に血栓溶解療法が行われる．

●ST上昇型急性心筋梗塞では一刻も早い冠再灌流が必要であり，通常はPCIが行われる．

●非ST上昇型急性冠症候群（不安定狭心症と非ST上昇型急性心筋梗塞）では冠動脈病変や患者の全身状態によりPCI，CABG，内科治療のどれかを選択する．
