睡眠呼吸障害の病態

●睡眠呼吸障害（SDB）は閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸（OSA）と中枢性睡眠時無呼吸（CSA）に大別される．

●OSAは上気道の閉塞および狭小化に起因する．

●CSAは呼吸コントロールシステムの不安定さに起因する．

●OSAは心血管疾患の発症および進展，CSAは心血管疾患の進展につながる．
