風疹

●風疹は，一般的に予後良好な疾患と考えられているが，頻度は低いながら重篤な合併症を起こしうる．

●風疹ウイルスに感受性のある妊娠20週ごろまでの妊婦が風疹ウイルスに感染すると，胎児にも風疹ウイルスが感染し，児が先天性風疹症候群（CRS）を発症する可能性がある．

●風疹は発症すると特異的な治療法がないため，ワクチン接種による予防が最も重要である．
