●液状化検体細胞診（LBC）の導入で，不適正検体の減少，TAT（turn around time）の短縮を確認した．

●保存検体を免疫染色や遺伝子検査などの補助的検査に応用できる．

●コストの問題は依然として継続している．

●従来法との違いを認識し，ある程度の習熟が必要である．
