●液状化検体細胞診(LBC)は，①検体採取法，②標本作製法，③細胞評価の標準化に最も適した方法である．

●尿細胞診におけるLBC法は集細胞性に優れ，塗抹面積の縮小により検鏡時間の短縮ができた．

●尿細胞診におけるLBC法の問題点は高コストと核クロマチンの微細顆粒状化であった．
