徐脈性不整脈

緊急性

　徐脈とは脈拍50/分以下の状態であり，徐脈性不整脈は失神の原因（Adams-Stokes症候群）の1つである．特に症状を伴う徐脈性不整脈はペースメーカ治療の適応となることがあるため，早期の対応が必要かどうかを見分けなければならない．図1に，持続性徐脈の分類を示す．
