緊急性

（1）当直時などに直面する緊急性のある症状として，呼吸困難，胸痛，意識喪失，動悸，浮腫，チアノーゼがある．これらにおいて，問診，バイタルサイン，身体所見，心電図，胸部X線写真，血液生化学検査（緊急用）の結果は重要な情報である〔図1，表1〜3〕．

（2）許される時間内（5〜10分間であっても）で最低限の重要な画像・指標を記録する．
