Point

●末期腎不全と加齢腎には類似の病理組織学的変化が認められ,腎障害の共通した進行過程が存在する.

●加齢腎のバイオマーカーには腎障害マーカーが有用であり,血中マーカーとしてクレアチニン,シスタチンCが,尿中バイオマーカーとしてβ2ミクログロブリン,N-アセチル-β-D-グルコサミニダーゼ,L型脂肪酸結合蛋白(L-FABP)が用いられる.

●慢性炎症は,加齢による腎機能低下の増悪因子となり,腎機能の低下は老化を促進する.

●レニン-アンジオテンシン系(RAS)阻害薬の使用,カロリー制限食は,腎のアンチエイジングにつながる可能性がある.
