老化と非アルコール性脂肪肝炎

Point

●非アルコール性脂肪肝炎（NASH）は，メタボリックシンドロームの肝臓における表現型であり，進行性の病態をとる．

●老化は，加齢性変化，テロメア長の変化，サーチュイン蛋白，細胞老化などを介してNASHの病態に関与しており，肝臓の脂肪化，炎症，線維化，発癌に重要な役割をもっている．

●老化がNASHの病態を進展させるメカニズムを明らかにすることで，新たな診断法や治療法を開発できる可能性がある．
