乳癌の再発症例および再発を疑う症例に対する超音波検査の有用性

Point

●乳癌術後のフォローアップは問診，視触診，マンモグラフィが基本となる．

●腫瘍マーカーは，再発の早期発見，進行・再発患者の治療効果判定や経過モニタリングを目的とする．

●超音波検査は他の画像検査に比べて侵襲が小さく，簡便に行うことが可能である．

●所見を認めた場合，診断のための超音波ガイド下生検を行うことがあるので，穿刺が可能かどうかや，周囲脈管や臓器との関連についても注意する．
