各血液型における高アルカリ性ホスファターゼ血症の出現頻度

　一般社団法人きぬ医師会病院での人間ドック受診者を対象にして，各血液型における血清アルカリ性ホスファターゼ（ALP）値や高ALP血症の頻度について臨床的に検討した．血清ALPはO型，B型で有意に高値であり，高ALP血症の頻度はA型で2.5％，B型で3.5％，AB型で1.9％，O型で9.3％であり，O型では有意に高頻度であった．日常診療において留意すべき結果であり，原因が明らかでない高ALP血症では血液型依存性高ALP血症を考慮する必要がある．
