Point

●細菌性腸管感染症でPOCTの対象となっているのはクロストリジウム・ディフィシルと大腸菌であり，菌の抗原と毒素を検出することができる．

●POCTを用いて迅速に診断することは，治療の選択だけでなく感染対策を行ううえでも有用である．

●感度，特異度ともに100％の検査は存在しないため，結果は臨床情報や検体の質，培養結果などを踏まえて総合的に解釈することが重要である．
