Point

●循環腫瘍細胞（CTC）は血液中を循環している腫瘍細胞であり，がんの転移に寄与していると考えられている．

●末梢血中のCTCは，がんの再発，転移などの予後を予測する因子であり，低侵襲な検査材料として期待されている．

●CTC数の計測だけでなく，CTCの表面マーカーや遺伝子異常を解析することによって，分子標的薬の耐性化など，がんの性質変化のモニタリングが可能である．
