P波異常

Point

●正常なP波とは，Ⅰ，Ⅱ誘導で陽性かつ幅120msec未満のなだらかな“ヤマ”である．

●通常は一相性であるが，V₁誘導では二相性でも正常である．

●そのV₁誘導のP wave terminal forceは左房拡大（LAE）の定量化にしばしば用いられ，脳梗塞などさまざまな心血管リスクとも相関する．
