Point

●全身性エリテマトーデス（SLE）の病因には遺伝的要因と環境的要因の双方がかかわっている．

●遺伝的要因として，単独で強い影響を与える遺伝子は乏しい．

●免疫学的病因には自然免疫〔Toll様受容体（TLR）・インターフェロン〕と適応免疫の双方の異常があり，治療戦略の基盤となっている．
