SLEの診断に関連する臨床検査

Point

●全身性エリテマトーデス（SLE）患者において，血球減少や抗リン脂質抗体症候群（APS）の合併などの血液学的異常の頻度は高い．

●溶血性貧血と血小板減少が合併した場合には，末梢血塗抹検査で破砕赤血球の有無を確認する．

●補体はSLEの診断や治療効果判定だけでなく，腎炎の鑑別にも有用である．

●膠原病治療中の不明熱では，悪性腫瘍の合併やマクロファージ活性症候群（MAS）を含む後天性の血球貪食リンパ組織球増多症（HLH）を鑑別に挙げる．
