好塩基球と皮膚疾患

Point

●好塩基球は末梢血の1％以下を占めるにすぎない細胞である．

●一般的な病理組織染色では好塩基球は見いだせないため，その存在は長く無視されてきた．

●マウス好塩基球はマスト細胞とは異なった重要な機能をもっていることが明らかにされている．

●蕁麻疹，接触皮膚炎，アトピー性皮膚炎，痒疹，虫刺症，好酸球性膿疱性毛包炎，水疱性類天疱瘡などで病変部に好塩基球浸潤がみられるが，その意義は今後，解明すべき課題となっている．
