ABIとPWV—その基本的留意点

Point

●足関節上腕血圧比（ABI）は足首と上腕での収縮期血圧の比であり，末梢動脈疾患の診断に用いる．

●脈波速度（PWV）は，ある2点間の距離とそれぞれの部位での脈波の立ち上がりの時間差から速度を算出する．

●PWVは，動脈の硬化または血圧の上昇で値が高くなる．
