アデノウイルス抗原診断キット“プライムチェック^®アデノ”の臨床評価

　咽頭ぬぐい液を材料として，アデノウイルス抗原診断キット“プライムチェック^®アデノ”の性能評価を行った．抗原検査残り液中のアデノウイルスゲノムの有無をリアルタイムPCR法で測定し，これを基準とした場合，“プライムチェック^®アデノ”の感度は86.4％，特異度は96.8％であり，陽性的中率は92.7％，陰性的中率は93.8％，全体としての一致率は93.5％と良好な結果が得られた．
