von Willebrand病の検査

Point

●von Willebrand病（VWD）の診断および病型分類には，von Willebrand因子（VWF）抗原量（VWF：Ag），リストセチンコファクター活性（VWF：RCo），第Ⅷ因子活性の測定と臨床症状から，総合的に判断する．

●血液型がO型の人はVWF：Ag，VWF：RCoともに低めの値を示すので，注意が必要である．

●先天性と後天性VWDとの鑑別には，基礎疾患の検索や家族歴の聴取が重要である．
