Point

●不育症（RPL）の4大原因は，抗リン脂質抗体症候群（APS），子宮奇形，夫婦染色体均衡型転座，胎児（胎芽）染色体数的異常である．

●2回以上の早期流産，1回以上の子宮内胎児死亡，妊娠高血圧腎症や胎盤機能不全による34週未満の早産のときに，APSを疑う．

●2種類のループスアンチコアグラント（LA）として，リン脂質中和法，希釈ラッセル蛇毒法の両方とも測定する．
