急性腎障害のバイオマーカー

Point

●急性腎障害（AKI）の早期診断に血清クレアチニン（sCr）は不向きである．

●尿中L型脂肪酸結合蛋白（L-FABP），尿中好中球ゼラチナーゼ結合性リポカリン（NGAL）測定は，尿細管障害を反映するバイオマーカーであり，AKI診断の保険適用がある．

●尿中L-FABPは，日本発のバイオマーカーであり，AKIのみならず，慢性腎臓病（CKD）の診断にも保険適用がある．
