Point

●入院患者における感染症の鑑別はシンプルであるが故，必要な検査も限られる．現場に求められるのは，加えることよりも削ることである．

●検出された細菌，薬剤感受性試験の結果の返し方を工夫することで，抗菌薬適正使用につなげられるかもしれない．

●検査技師も患者を治療する医療チームの一員だという自覚の下，積極的に医師とコミュニケーションをとる必要がある．
