高血圧治療のガイドライン2014から2019へ

Point

●わが国の高血圧患者数は約4,300万人に上り，高い罹患率を認める．

●しかし降圧目標を達成している患者数は約30％にとどまる．

●健康寿命延伸のためには高血圧診療のさらなる強化が必要である．

●高血圧治療ガイドライン2019（JSH2019）では，高値血圧に分類される患者に対しても積極的な介入を求めている．

●降圧目標値についても引き下げられ，厳格な降圧療法を求めている．
