血圧の測定法とその意義

Point

●血圧の正確な測定は，高血圧の治療管理の根幹である．最新のガイドラインに沿った正しい血圧測定方法を身に付けておくべきである．

●高血圧治療ガイドライン2019（JSH2019）では，新たに家庭血圧に基づいた血圧区分が提示され，医療従事者による患者の家庭血圧測定環境や手技の確認・指導の重要性が述べられている．

●病院や検診など医療現場での（診察室）血圧測定には，水銀血圧計の代わりに，十分訓練された検者による電子圧力柱血圧計を用いた聴診法での測定と，上腕式自動血圧計による測定が推奨される．
