Point

●四肢の動脈外膜囊腫は，動脈の外膜と中膜の間から発生する．

●囊腫による圧排のために生じる非動脈硬化性の限局的動脈狭窄症で，比較的まれな疾患である．

●動脈外膜囊腫の85〜90％は膝窩動脈に発症する．

●血管エコー検査は，血管病変だけでなく，血管周囲の病変の検出にも有用である．
