Point

●遺伝性出血性末梢血管拡張症（HHT）患者の診療に，肝病変の把握は不可欠である．

●肝病変把握と経過観察の中心となるのは，カラードプラ検査である．

●主なカラードプラ所見は，動脈の拡張と脈管短絡の存在である．

●各所見の臨床的意味を理解することが，HHT患者の診療の未来予測に有用である．
