COPDにおける鑑別疾患と併存症

Point

●慢性閉塞性肺疾患（COPD）は喫煙歴のある中高年者に多く発症するが，喫煙や加齢はどちらも数多くの疾患の誘因となるものであり，鑑別疾患は非常に多岐にわたる．

●さらに，COPD患者では全身ないしは肺局所の併存症も多くみられ，それらがCOPDの症状を増強あるいは修飾するため，併存症の診断とその管理も重要である．
