非結核性抗酸菌の分離培養・同定/遺伝子検査・薬剤感受性試験

Point

●非結核性抗酸菌は顕微鏡下では結核菌と区別できない.非結核性抗酸菌と同定されるまでは結核菌と同じ生物学的危険性をもつと考えて検査を行う.

●非結核性抗酸菌の分離培養では,分離が想定される菌種の特性を考慮して培養温度や期間を追加・変更する必要がある.

●比較的希少な菌種を含め非結核性抗酸菌の同定には質量分析装置の有用性が高い.

●非結核性抗酸菌の薬剤感受性試験は基本的に最小発育阻止濃度(MIC)測定である.また,遅発育菌と迅速発育菌では培地の組成が異なる.
