非結核性抗酸菌による血流感染症

Point

●非結核性抗酸菌（NTM）血流感染症の背景には，ヒト免疫不全ウイルス（HIV）感染症を代表とする細胞性免疫不全の存在を考える．

●NTM血流感染症の背景となる病態として，後天性免疫不全である抗インターフェロンγ（INF-γ）抗体保有者や先天性免疫不全であるメンデル遺伝型マイコバクテリア易感染症（MSMD）などがある．

●特に迅速発育菌はカテーテル関連血流感染症などの医療関連感染による血流感染症を生じうる．

●BACTEC^TMMyco/F Lytic Culture Vialsなどの抗酸菌血流感染症検出のための検査資材を提供できる体制構築が不可欠である．
