Point

●日常診療で頻用される血液検査の40項目について，全国で共通して使用できることが確認された共用基準範囲が作成されている．

●共用基準範囲は3つの独立した大規模健常人データから共通基準で抽出された計6,000人以上のデータをもとに計算された，日本で唯一の大規模直接法による基準範囲である．

●臨床判断値と基準範囲は臨床検査値の正しい解釈にともになくてはならない．
