当院の癌患者におけるlymphocyte-to-C-reactive protein ratioとvagal neuroimmunomodulation indexの関連性の検討

Summary

　当院を受診した癌患者48名を対象に，末梢血中リンパ球数（LC），血清C反応性蛋白質（CRP），心拍変動（特にRMSSD）を測定して，癌患者における新たな予後予測バイオマーカーのRMSSD/CRP比（NIM index）とLC/CRP比（LCR）を算定し，その相関関係を調査した．Spearmanの順位相関分析でlnNIM indexとlnLCRは有意な正の相関を認め，重回帰分析ではlnLCRがlnNIM indexの有意な説明変数となった．今回の結果から，癌患者のLCRからNIM indexが予測できる可能性が示唆された．
