孤立性上腸間膜動脈解離

疾患の概要

疫学

　孤立性上腸間膜動脈解離（isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection：ISMAD，以下，孤立性SMA解離）は比較的まれな疾患である．罹患率は，剖検例で6,666例中4例（0.06％）との報告^1）や，救急患者の腹部CTで発見された826例中5例（0.60％）で認めたとの報告^2）がある．50歳代前後の男性に多い疾患とされている^3）．
