トリグリセライド（TG）測定法の問題点

Point

●トリグリセライド（TG）は，グリセロールに3つの脂肪酸がエステル結合した化合物の総称である．グリセロールに脂肪酸が結合する数により，3種類のグリセロールに分類され，脂肪酸の結合のないグリセロールは遊離グリセロール（FG）と呼ばれている．

●わが国のTG基準測定法はFGを消去する方法であるが，欧米の基準法はFGを含む測定法である．

●TGの測定法の国際的な標準化のためには，FG濃度の臨床的意義を明らかにする必要がある．
