膵島移植と臨床検査

Point

●膵島移植は，インスリン依存性糖尿病に対する組織移植である．手術を必要としないため重篤な合併症が少ない．

●ドナーから提供を受けた膵臓から膵島分離を行ってグラフトを得，肝臓門脈に注入することによって移植される．

●膵島移植により血糖の安定性が得られ，糖尿病合併症を予防することが期待される．
