Diagnostic Stewardshipとは何か

Point

●抗菌薬適正使用支援チーム（AST）を成功に導くためには，正確な病原体の検出など診断精度が重要である．また，diagnostic stewardship（DS．診断支援）の実践が必要となる．

●DSの主な目的は，①適時に微生物学検査結果に基づいた安全で効果的かつ効率的な治療の提供，②治療ガイドラインと薬剤耐性菌制御ための正確な疫学データの提供にある．

●DSにおける介入は検査前，検査，検査後の3つに大別できる．検査前介入は，主に検体採取の対象となる患者の選定や検体採取方法について，検査介入は実施する検査方法の選定やアルゴリズムについて，検査後介入は主に結果報告に関するものである．
