Point

●塗沫検査，抗原検査，遺伝子検査などの迅速検査は感染症の診断に有用な検査であるが，POCTとして微生物検査室を介さずに実施されている検査もある点に注意が必要である．

●微生物検査室が実施している検査については，検体採取・保管などの検査前プロセスおよび検査結果の解釈を中心にコミュニケーションを取る．

●微生物検査室を介さずに実施されている検査については，機器・試薬の選定および管理，そして検査の実施についても専門家の立場から助言することが望ましい．
