Point

●微生物検査室とのコミュニケーションは一日では成らず，である．お互いを育て合うことが必要である．

●医師と検査技師がお互いのフィールド（ベッドサイドと検査室）に立ってみて，初めて理解できることがある．

●適正な検査の実現には，病棟/外来と検査室の双方の声をしっかり聞きながら，連携の糸を丁寧につなげていく必要がある．

●未来の感染症診療の風景を一緒に語れる関係を構築できることが，次世代の検査技師と医師の連携を生み出す．
