Point

●わが国ではA型肝炎ウイルス（HAV）およびE型肝炎ウイルス（HEV）感染感受性者の割合が多く，感染の流行に注意が必要である．2018年には実際に男性同性間性的接触者（MSM）間でのA型肝炎のアウトブレイクが発生した．

●E型肝炎には人獣共通感染症の一面がある．最近のジビエ料理ブームなど，食肉（ブタ，イノシシ，シカなど）の生食には注意が必要である．

●近年，HEVの輸血による感染や免疫抑制状態下においての慢性化が報告されている．
