クローン性造血から考えられるバイオマーカー

Point

●クローン性造血（CH）で最もよく変異する遺伝子はDNMT3A，TET2，ASXL1，PPM1D，TP53，JAK2，SF3B1，SRSF2遺伝子である．

●CHの変異がバイオマーカーとなる可能性がある主な疾患には心血管疾患，造血器悪性腫瘍，がん患者の二次性がんなどがある．

●CHに関連した個別化リスク評価や予防医療，標的治療など臨床介入の指標となるバイオマーカーの評価には，前向きな臨床試験での検証が必要である．
