●未確定の潜在能をもつクローン性造血(CHIP)は加齢とともに増加し,インターロイキン(IL)-1βやIL-6を介して動脈硬化,心不全,血栓症などの発症リスクを上げる.
●骨髄増殖性腫瘍患者において,腫瘍変化をきたした骨髄細胞が末梢血中を循環し,心血管病を惹起する.
●CHIPのうち,高頻度で認められるのがDNMT3A,TET2,ASXL1,JAK2である.
