Point

●原因不明の凝固時間の延長に際しては，クロスミキシング試験（CMT）を速やかに実施することが重要である．

●CMTやインヒビター測定は必ずしも標準化された方法ではないため，結果の評価には十分に注意する．

●臨床症状，経過などと併せて注意深く評価する必要がある．
