LVEFの保たれた心不全（HFpEF）

Point

●HFpEFの定義は，臨床的に心不全症状を呈し，左室駆出率（LVEF）が正常もしくは保たれており，左室拡張機能障害を有することである．

●複数の心エコー図指標を利用した診断アルゴリズムが左室拡張機能の評価に推奨されている．

●HFpEFの発症には左室拡張機能障害に加えて，左房機能の低下，右室機能の低下，肺動脈圧の上昇，動脈スティフネスの上昇，冠微小循環障害や変時性不全などのさまざまな要因が関与している．

●HFpEF診断のアルゴリズム（HFA-PEFF診断アルゴリズム）によって精度よくHFpEFを診断することが可能となった．
