心膜の異常

はじめに

　心膜とは心臓を覆う膜であり，心臓の固定や保持，心臓の動きに伴う摩擦を防ぐ役割をしている．心膜には心筋の内腔側を覆う心内膜と心筋の外側と脂肪組織（心外膜下脂肪）を覆う臟側心膜（心外膜）があり，この臟側心膜は心臓より上部で翻転し壁側心膜となり再び心臓を覆う．臟側心膜と壁側心膜の間の腔を心膜腔といい，この外側をさらに強固な線維性心膜（心囊）が覆う．線維性心膜は壁側心膜と一体となっており，さらにこれらの外側を心膜外脂肪組織が取り巻く構造をしている（図1）．
