Point

●肝細胞腺腫（HCA）は画像検査上，多血性肝細胞性結節として肝細胞癌（HCC）や限局性結節性過形成（FNH）などとの鑑別が重要である．

●HCAは，遺伝子型，表現型によって，主に6つの亜型に分類され，それぞれ異なる臨床病理学的特徴を示す．

●悪性転化リスクが高いとされるb-HCA/b-IHCAの正確な亜型診断とHCCとの鑑別は特に重要である．

●免疫染色を用いたHCAの亜型診断は有用で，普及している．診断する際には，染色の精度管理や染色結果の解釈に十分に注意する．
