Point

●抗リン脂質抗体（aPL）は抗リン脂質抗体症候群（APS）に特徴的な自己抗体であり，陽性患者では血小板減少など抗リン脂質抗体関連疾患と呼ばれるさまざまな症状を生じる．

●aPLに関連した血小板減少症は免疫性血小板減少症（ITP）に含まれるが，通常のITPが出血傾向となるのに対して血栓傾向となることがある．

●“aPLパネル”検査が保険収載され，わが国でも国際分類基準に準じたaPLの測定が可能となった．
